Nonverbal communication

Nonverbal communication

In lectures of  these two weeks we learned a lot about nonverbal communication and we talked about body language and  five elements of body language such us : posture , body movement, hand and arm gesture , facial expression , eye contact; we also discussed about vocal qualities ; about space and object around us ; and we discussed a lot of things that nonverbal communication includes in itself.
For my opinion we need to be more careful how we express using non-verbal communication and how we appear before others, because I think the way we move - our body language ,or expressions that we use on the face , or eye contact sometimes speak more or express more of what we might express in verbal communication.
In addition to the discussion about what is nonverbal communication and what  include in itself , we got a chance to see some videos about nonverbal communication, in which I will be singled out the video  "Secrets of Body Language" , by which I learned a lot , and in a way it also made me aware of the great significance that may our very small nonverbal communication have (such as a face expressions, a movement etc. ) for others which may be sufficient for them to understand what we want to express or to understand something that we do not say .
Also, I checked the book "Body language" from the author Allan Pease , and  I will read it very soon.

Now that we discussed a lot about nonverbal communication and watched some video , I hope that during our presentations our nonverbal communication will be in accordance with what we would present.
