Interview making-experience

Well like you all know in this lesson , we did the interviews. It was such a good to feel this experience , doing the interview and hearing and looking others do the interview.
I want to say something about what I feel . I was feeling relaxed , beacuse the weeks that pased we learned in details everything about the interview , so therefor we know what to ask, how to answer , how to stay ( nonverbal communication) ,verbal communication , we know also for the look what to were ( even that we don't wear something special , you know beacuse of the weather ) .
I think it was really good, also because the teacher said that we  was prepared and very good doing the interview.
We wish that all of you will look also very good as today in their real interviews , and I wish to see you working in your dream jobs.

"Preparing to answer interview question" :

I want to write the most important things which  we learned today in the lesson: "Preparing to answer interview question" :

Answer question

Many interviews are unsuccessful because interviewees fail to prepare for them. The most important part of preparation is conducting an interview self-assessment. The interview self-assessment is a basic summary of your past experiences, work hstory, skills, and personal interests.

Specifically, the interview self-assessment should include five elements.
·         Your professional skills, personal interests, and opinions pertinent to the interview situation.
·         A list of your strengths and weaknesses, with examples of each, especially strengths.
·         An outline of important decisions tou have made, boyh professionally and personally. Be able to communicate the outcomes of each decision.
·         A list of your accomplishments. Be sure to have a mix of professional and personal.
·         Explations of your  long-and short-term goals.

There are several questions you will be asked regardless of the type of interview you are involved in.

2.      Qhy do you wantTo work for ourCcmpany?
3.      What are yourbest skills?

Open/Closed Questions Open/closed questions determine the time and length of an interviewee’s answer.
Primary/secondary questions determine if a new topic is being introducd.

Neutral/leading questions determine the level of the interviewee’s opinion desired in the response.

At this hour I've missed, but I asked my friend Erzana what you have done and she told me that you choosed the music about the video adv, and then you talked about verbal and nonverbal comm.
I read it home and I learned that it was about using the verbal and nonverbal comm. In a best way in the interview, how to use some tactics that affect the success of the interview.

Those tactics are
Verbal comm. Tactics: correct grammar, precision, colloquialisms, emotion, clichés, slang, jargon.
Nonverbal comm tactics: Body movement, eye and face contact, touc, voice, time, appearance.

There were explaniation of each of them how to use and what to avoid during used them in the interview.
