Types
on interview
This
week we talked about the thre types of standard interviews which are:
1.
Selection interview- the purpose
of these interviews is to screen applicants for employment, awards or
membership.
2.
Information gathering interview- interviews that focus on generating
interviews from the parties involved.
3.
Persuasion interview- used to
reinforce a position, recruit, or change the mind of individuals in the
interview situation.
I
have been selection interviews, when I applied for a work& study program in
the university , in the library of the university. I also have been part of
information gathering interview but as a interviewr when I has a project to do
in my lesson Identity & Culture, the interview was CROSS-CULTURE INTERVIEW, and I was gathering
information about culture of the person interviewed, and I also have been part
of others interview gathetrin information.
